My name is Rissa. I am a highly intuitive and spiritual individual with a passion for making the world a better place. Being heart-centered is at the core of everything I do, and my sense of humor makes me very enjoyable to work with. I firmly believe that small business entrepreneurs hold the potential to change the world, which is why it lights me up to use my organizational skills and keen eye for design to help them grow and achieve their goals. I especially enjoy supporting local businesses in the St. Louis metro area in my professional life as well as my personal one.

As a former theatrical costume designer, I developed an eye for design and creativity, which now reflects in the work I do as the Marketing Unicorn. I feel that the skills I developed in the theatre world translate really well to marketing and design. As a costume designer, I honed the ability to interpret the vibe of a character from the words they said and the actions they did within the world of the play, and successfully express that to an audience with the clothes they wore… which is the same thing I do when creating beautiful and authentic designs for my clients.
In addition to that, efficiency and organization are second nature to me, and I take immense pride in being a reliable professional with a strong work ethic. A self-proclaimed Notion-wizard, I manage my projects and tasks with precision, while also ensuring a strict work/life balance is maintained.

When I'm not immersed in my work, you'll find me hanging out at home with my partner and our dog and 2 cats (and innumerable house plants). I also love to travel as much as I can. I love gardening and being outdoors, whether it’s camping or going on a float trip. I am also an unapologetic nerd. I play video games and Dungeons & Dragons. Ask me about my character! 😉
